Life with two little boys is wonderful, energizing, exciting, EXHAUSTING.....but I wouldn't have it any other way:) The past year has been quite the whirlwind. From hospital visits and hospital stays to job changes and countless uncertainties, the one constant I had through the chaos was Geoff, and there is no way I would have survived 2013 without his constant love and support. After my moms health scares last January and Michael's surgery last March, Geoff and I were happy to say goodbye to 2013. I did learn a lot from the past year though, I learned that life is short, so embrace each day and face each challenge with an open-mind and an open-heart. Flexibility and patience are key when looking for a new job at the last minute. Everything happens for a reason, have faith that God knows what he is doing. Always look on the bright side of gloomy situations: Michael has to go through a 6 food elimination diet= a great way for our family to cut out the processed, crappy food. My baby does not want to be in his crib anymore means my baby is now a big boy...although this one is still hard to digest, I do know, deep down, that this is a good thing and he is growing to be a confident little boy who is ready to follow in big brothers footsteps. I know there are still many lessons life will be teaching me in the coming years, I just hope I remember the ones I learned last year to help me along the way.
